Pay bands are indicative gross figures before tax and social contributions. Your offer letter is the only number that counts.

We are not a job board. We are the whole pathway.

Most services hand you a vacancy and wish you luck. We stay with you from the first German lesson to your first shift abroad.

One team, start to finish
Language, documents, recognition, interviews, visa and relocation are handled by the same people. You never get passed to a stranger.
German built for healthcare
Ward vocabulary, patient handover, documentation and workplace culture are taught together, so you can pass the exam and handle a real shift.
Recognition handled properly
We check your documents before you commit, prepare the application for the right state authority, and tell you early if a knowledge test or adaptation course is likely.
Real hospital matches
We work with partner employers who are hiring now. You interview for actual roles, not a waiting list.
Honest about outcomes
Recognition and visa decisions rest with the authorities. We tell you the realistic timeline and what could go wrong, before you pay anything.
Support after you land
Housing leads, city registration, bank account, health insurance and your first weeks at work. Our WhatsApp community stays open.

From first call to first shift, in nine steps

Most candidates need 12 to 24 months end to end. The language level and your state authority's speed set the pace, not the paperwork.

🇩🇪 Germany

Germany needs you. Here is exactly what it takes.

Germany now relies heavily on foreign-trained care staff, and hospitals, rehab centres and care homes recruit year-round. The route is clear, but it has rules.

For nurses

Recognition: Nursing is regulated. Your state authority compares your GNM or BSc training with the German Pflegefachperson qualification.
If there are gaps: You may be asked to pass a knowledge test (Kenntnisprüfung) or complete an adaptation course. We prepare you for either.
Language: B2 German for the full licence, and in many states a medical-language exam (Fachsprachprüfung) or a B2 nursing certificate.
Work: Hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, elderly care and home care, with shift allowances for nights, weekends and holidays.
Indicative gross pay: €2,800–€3,600 per month, varying by employer, state and role.

For physiotherapists

Recognition: Physiotherapy is regulated. A state authority compares your BPT with the German qualification. If the differences are significant, you complete a knowledge test or adaptation course; if they cannot be compensated, recognition is refused, which is why we review your file first.
Language: B2 German is the usual target, with a medical-language exam in most states.
Work: Hospitals, rehab centres, orthopaedic and neurological clinics, private practices.
Indicative gross pay: €2,800–€3,500 per month.

🇨🇭 Switzerland

Switzerland: high pay, high bar

Swiss hospitals and clinics pay well and have real staff shortages. For professionals from outside the EU and EFTA, the door is narrower. We would rather tell you that now than after you have started learning.

Recognition and registration: The Swiss Red Cross (SRK) recognises and registers foreign nursing and physiotherapy diplomas. You need this before you can practise.
Language: At least B2 in the language of the canton where you will work: German, French or Italian. Some employers ask for more.
Work permit: For non-EU/EFTA professionals, permits are quota-based and tied to a job offer. The employer must show that no suitable Swiss or EU/EFTA candidate was available.
Timing: Some hospitals expect your diploma to be recognised within a few months of starting work, so file early.
Who we take: We assess Swiss openings case by case, usually for candidates with relevant experience and strong German. If Germany is the better first step for you, we will say so.

Know the numbers before you decide

Gross pay is not take-home pay. Tax, pension, health and care insurance come off your payslip, and rent and food come after that. We give you a personal estimate in your free consultation, based on a real offer.

Safe and fair recruitment

Overseas job offers attract scams. Here is how we protect you.

Payments only by official link
We collect money only through a payment link to our company account. We never ask for cash, or UPI to a personal number or personal bank account.
Everything in writing
You get a signed agreement that lists every fee, what it covers and what is refundable, before you pay.
No guaranteed jobs, no guaranteed visas
Anyone who promises these is lying. We commit to a process and to honest updates.
Employer contract first
You see the offer and the employer's name before any visa step.
A good employer never charges you to be hired
If a Swiss or German employer or agent asks you for a placement fee, stop and call us.
