1. Who we are

Dexaflare Technologies (“Dexaflare Technologies”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates KaamOK, a marketplace product that connects job seekers and workers with companies looking to hire delivery, logistics, household, facility, and other operational staff. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use the KaamOK website, apps, and related services (together, the “Services”).

For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@kaamok.com or write to Dexaflare Technologies at Gurgaon, NCR, India.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use KaamOK, we may collect:

  • Account and contact details — name, phone number, email, city, and login credentials.
  • Job seeker / worker profile data — work history, skills, preferred roles and locations, availability, documents you upload, and interview or placement notes.
  • Identity and verification data — government ID details (such as Aadhaar or other KYC documents), photographs for identity or attendance checks, police verification outcomes, and reference information, where required for placement.
  • Company / employer data — company name, billing and contact persons, hiring requirements, locations, and usage of our dashboard.
  • Employment and compliance data — attendance, shift assignments, contracts, and information needed for statutory compliance (such as ESIC or PF) where we facilitate these processes.
  • Payment and billing data — bank or UPI details for payouts, invoices, and fee records. We do not store full card numbers on our servers when payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP or app permissions you grant.
  • Communications — messages, support requests, and feedback you send us.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Create and manage accounts for job seekers, workers, and companies.
  • Match workers to roles, shifts, and locations, and facilitate hiring and placement.
  • Run identity, background, and reference checks where needed for verified staffing.
  • Process onboarding, contracts, attendance, payouts, and replacement workflows.
  • Provide compliance-related support (such as documentation for ESIC, PF, or digital contracts) where applicable.
  • Communicate about placements, shifts, product updates, and support.
  • Improve matching quality, safety, fraud prevention, and platform reliability.
  • Comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Send marketing messages where permitted; you can opt out of promotional emails or SMS at any time.

4. How we share information

We may share personal information with:

  • Companies and hiring partners — relevant profile, verification status, and placement details needed to evaluate or engage a worker.
  • Workers and job seekers — role, location, shift, and company details needed to consider or accept an opportunity.
  • Service providers — hosting, analytics, SMS/email delivery, payment processing, KYC/verification partners, and customer support tools, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Professional advisors and authorities — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share worker data with employers beyond what is needed for hiring, placement, and related operations.

5. Legal bases and Indian law

We process personal data as needed to provide the Services, fulfil contracts, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as platform security and product improvement. Where required under applicable Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules as they come into force), we will seek consent or rely on other permitted grounds, and honour applicable rights.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, and compliance requirements. Verification and placement records may be kept longer where required for audit, safety, or statutory purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and keep your login details confidential.

KaamOK is intended for adults seeking work or hiring staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. International transfers

Our primary operations are in India. If we transfer personal information outside India (for example, to cloud or service providers), we will take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
